Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 13/08/2026

Website: https://quotiiva.com/

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") carefully before using the Quotiiva website (the "Site") or its services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting your information, or using any communication feature (including SMS/text messaging), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Overview of Services

Quotiiva provides an online platform that allows users to request insurance quotes and compare coverage options. Quotiiva is not an insurance company and does not guarantee coverage, rates, or approval. All insurance products are underwritten and issued by third-party insurance carriers, subject to their own terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The Services are intended for use within the United States unless otherwise stated.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting quote requests or other forms.
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.

Quotiiva reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access at its discretion.

4. Communications Consent (Calls, SMS/Text Messaging, and Email)

By submitting your phone number through our online forms and checking the applicable SMS consent box, you opt in to receive text messages from Quotiiva related to:

  • Customer care; and
  • Marketing.

By submitting your phone number or email address through the Site, you also consent to be contacted by Quotiiva regarding your quote request, including via phone calls (which may use an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice message) and email.

This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you may decline SMS consent simply by not checking the SMS consent box on our forms. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us.

Your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. All calls, texts, and emails you receive as a result of submitting your information will come from Quotiiva directly, not from outside partners or affiliates.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive, or by contacting us directly to request removal from our messaging list. For assistance, reply HELP to any text message, or contact us using the information in Section 11.

Your consent under this section is provided in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable federal and state telemarketing and messaging laws.

5. Quote Requests

When you submit a request for an insurance quote, Quotiiva uses the information you provide to prepare and deliver quotes or service information directly to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and — as noted in Section 4 — phone numbers and SMS consent collected through our forms are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help operate our website and business (for example, a messaging platform used solely to deliver the texts you’ve consented to receive), to comply with legal obligations, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud. Any insurance policy you ultimately purchase is a separate agreement between you and the issuing carrier.

6. No Guarantee of Rates or Coverage

Any quotes, estimates, or rate information provided through the Site are for informational purposes only and are not binding offers of insurance. Final rates, terms, and eligibility are determined solely by the applicable insurance carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Quotiiva or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QUOTIIVA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOTIIVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES, OR ANY COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVED AS A RESULT OF YOUR SUBMISSION, OR OUT OF ANY INSURANCE POLICY ISSUED BY A THIRD-PARTY CARRIER.

10. Changes to These Terms

Quotiiva may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This document is a general template and does not constitute legal advice. Please have this reviewed by a licensed attorney familiar with TCPA, state insurance regulations, and messaging compliance requirements before publishing, especially given the use of automated SMS/calling through Twilio. Note: Twilio is referenced elsewhere as the messaging platform Quotiiva uses to deliver its own texts — this is a service-provider relationship, not third-party sharing for marketing, and should stay consistent with the Privacy Policy’s “not shared for marketing” language.
